In 1997, “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works was licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the right to provide training and staff development for all worker occupations. Annually, more than 75% of workers are trained at the Works. In 2015, for example, 11 218 people people were trained.
Education is mainly aimed at acquisition of the second profession for self-elimination of the current problems that may occur during the operation of equipment and training.

– Highly qualified theoretical training teachers from the of employees of the Works;
– Extensive educational and industrial base;
For managers, professionals, technicians and technical staff they conduct a professional, managerial, and targeted integration training according to the production-adapted programs, seminars and workshops in training centers and in the corporate format, as well as training at related enterprises.
