Today, many of these ambulances are involved in the fight against the epidemic all over the country. Moreover, 20,000 rapid tests are intended including for the medical crews have already been transferred.

According to Oleg Vivsyannik, head of the Health Department of the Rivne Regional State Administration, coronavirus showed what difficult tasks medical workers have to solve. Therefore, they especially need support.

“Medical workers are now at the forefront of the fight against coronavirus, so the health of each of them is very important. We are grateful to the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation for help. ”, said Oleg Vivsyannik.

Accepting the certificate for tests receiving, the Chief Physician of the Rivne Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine, Andrei Bortnik noted that the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation was not the first time came to the aid of medical workers. Therefore, in the framework of the project “200 ambulances for Ukraine”, Rivne region received nine ultramodern emergency vehicles.

“That was a complete surprise for us. Five vehicles have been delivered in our center. Another four operate in other districts of the region. The problem with special transport is one of the major challenges, and these vehicles were its solution in large measure. It is very important that the cooperation went on further. These tests are another pleasant surprise for us. “, said the chief doctor of the Rivne Regional Center of Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine, Andrii Bortnyk.
