The City Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity – one of the winners of the sixth season of the contest of social initiatives – implemented the project “My Inclusive Media World”.
The idea of the project was that children with disabilities could study to be creative online. To this end, with the grant money, the palace purchased the necessary equipment for shooting lessons. The directors and screenwriters of the training videos will be children, who study in the palace on the basis of “Media School”.
– This year under the framework of the contest “We are the city”, 25 projects aimed at education and sports for children with disabilities were supported. As part of this project, children with disabilities will be able to learn both fine and applied arts. At the expense of “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works, the necessary equipment for online broadcasting was purchased. Therefore, kids from both city and region will be able to study these lessons online and offline. — said Yaroslav Kryl, head of PJSC “Zaporizhstal” department, head of parliamentary party Opposition Bloc in Zaporizhzhia Regional Council.
