It’s no secret to anyone that children are not bored in the children’s health center “Sputnik”. Each day of the wellness session is accompanied by vivid activities. And there is a special day within the session, which the guys are waiting with impatience – Day with the Works.
Holding this event has become a good tradition. Youth activists of the Works come to visit the children – they tell about the profession of a metallurgist, about the Zaporizhstal Works.
Together with youth activists, children competed in mini-rugby, dexterously outplaying their adult rivals. Also solved the quest “New Sherlock Holmes”. It didn’t do without friendly conversation. To all teenagers’ questions about metallurgy they received exhaustive answers.
– With great pleasure I participate in the Day with the Works. The guys are keenly interested in the work of the Works, they are asking about metallurgical professions. Many are so addicted to what they hear that they decide to come to work at the Works when they grow up,” says the master of refractory works at the blast-furnace workshop, the chairman of the youth council, Mashchenko Alexei.
