Employees of corresponding services of the enterprises PJSC “Zaporizhstal” and PJSC “Zaporozhkoks”, jointly with specialists of Head Department of State Service of Emergency Situations (ГУ ГСЧС) of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region, on September, 9th, 2016, had carried out full-scale emergency training on a subject: «Extinguishing of fire on coke gas pipeline», according to requirements of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine.

For participants, it was necessary to eliminate in the course of training the centre of inflammation, which has occurred during carrying out of fireworks on section of coke gas pipeline.

Checking of well-coordinated work of the State Service of Emergency Situations divisions, services and per-sonnel of the enterprises during rectification of consequences of emergencies in case of occurrence failures on hard-to-reach objects (being on height) of the gas-fuel handling facilities of the PJSC “Zaporizhstal” and PJSC “Zaporozhkoks” became the purpose of training.

After receiving of signal about occurrence of non-routine event, employees of designated services arrived to training place. Gas rescue service organized reconnaissance of situation, fire-fighting teams localized inflammation. Locomotive crew of the PJSC “Zaporizhstal” has been sent to PJSC “Zaporozhkoks” to prevent possibility of inflammation of rail cars with coke. Teams of State Service of Emergency Situations and services of the enterprises operated quickly, well coordinating and effectively.

Employees of specialised services of the PJSC “Zaporizhstal” and PJSC “Zaporozhkoks”, specialists of Head Department of State Service of Emergency Situations (ГУ ГСЧС) of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region, 10 units of special automotive technics, specialised fire extinguishing means have been involved in training.
