Presentation of the 4th volume of the analytic information edition “Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine” took place in Kiev. During the solemn ceremony the Chief Ecologist of Zaporizhstal JSC, Nikolay Silin, was awarded a Diploma of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources for success in preserving the natural resources of the region and fruitful work in observing nature protection legislation. Experience of the leading country enterprises, which successfully introduce environment friendly, power and resource saving technologies, is generalized in the book.
Receipt of the Diploma proves that our Works is one of the leaders in introduction of environmental protection measures and technologies. Fulfillment of the tasks by Zaporizhstal workers regarding reduction of emissions into atmosphere impresses the specialists, who know what it is worth to reduce each ton of emission. In the book the experience of our Works is summarized and future realization of the environmental protection programme of Zaporizhstal JSC is considered, being the main part of the regional plan on the way out of the ecological crisis.
