Metinvest Group is recognized as the most attractive employer in the metalworking and mining industries of Ukraine. This is evidenced by an independent international study of the attractiveness of the employer brand Randstad Employer Brand Research, Ukraine – 2020.
Almost 8 thousand Ukrainians aged 18 to 65 years old from different regions of the country participated in the Ukrainian study. The survey involved both working and job seekers. Respondents rated the 150 largest employers: 75 Ukrainian and 75 international companies from 13 sectors of the economy.
The companies analyzed according to the following criteria: financial solvency, application of the most advanced technologies, good reputation, job security, career growth, social responsibility, interesting work, pleasant working atmosphere, balance between work and personal life, attractive salary and social package.
This year, the international study involved more than 185 thousand respondents from 33 countries, who rated more than 6 thousand companies. All research countries make up 75% of the global economy.
