Zaporizhstal increased investment in improving living conditions for its employees from UAH 34 million to UAH 40 million in 2018. A complete reconstruction of 19 objects of the working conditions has been completed.
In 2019, the Works will allocate more than UAH 73 million to update sanitary facilities, shower rooms, dressing rooms for hot-strip rolling mill, slag processing shop, workshop for preparing trains, railway transport management, attesting and testing the Works’ products, etc. The company will repair 15 objects and their common facilities area is about 6000 m2 for 3,000 employees.
Within the framework of the capital reconstruction of the working life objects, all communications will be replaced, energy-efficient window and door blocks will be installed, modern plumbing systems will be installed, and finishing works will be performed.
In addition, in 2019, the Works will completely reconstruct all the stop shelter complexes on the territory of the enterprise and it will equip the green park area.
