Zaporizhstal successfully passed the second supervisory audit of the Integrated Management System for compliance with the requirements of international quality management standards ISO 9001: 2015, environmental management ISO 14001: 2015, and the first supervisory audit of the health and safety management system ISO 45001: 2018.
Representatives of Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine paid special attention to long- and medium-term management, document and knowledge management, and emergency preparedness.
The audit was held in the blast furnace, steelmaking, oxygen and compressor shops, transport workshops, production directorate, directorate for technology and quality, directorate for labor protection, industrial and technological safety.
During the audit, the auditors praised the ecological modernization of Zaporizhstal, the high level of staff involvement in the process of continuous production improvement, reduction of energy intensity of production, increased attention to improving the competitiveness of the enterprise and the quality of products.

Note, Zaporizhstal is certified and, since 2003, regularly confirms its compliance with the international standard of the quality management system IS0 9001; since 2008, international standards for environmental management systems ISO 14001, occupational health and safety management OHSAS 1800 – ISO 45001; since 2013, the international standard of the energy management system ISO 50001.
